How to get ready for skiing
It is this time of the year again when the first snow on the mountains reminds us that soon we will be skiing again. Fall in the Montafon is definitely very special and temperatures are perfect for working out outside and for getting ski fit.
Getting fit for skiing is obviously a very important thing to do to be able to ski all day, to be able to make a technical breakthrough and to prevent injuries. The main rule for it in my opinion is that it does not matter what you do as long as you do something to get your legs and core stronger.
